Built For Al-Amaan
Al-Amaan Foundation is a UK charity working in Mirpur, Kashmir. They were struggling to keep up with payments, funds and outgoings, and were working out their numbers from spreadsheets. So we built them one end-to-end system to take over.
This film follows a single donation, simplified for demonstration. The complete system does considerably more, as outlined below.
Donations And Receipts
Donors give through a public website, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and can add Gift Aid. A receipt goes out automatically from Al-Amaan's own email address as soon as the payment goes through.
Security And Privacy
We built the whole system following NIST-recommended security practices and UK GDPR, so donor and charity data stays confidential and protected.

We're inquisitive people who enjoy problem solving and finding various ways to a solution. Our founder chose technology at a young age because it's an industry where problems tend to get solved, and he believes it can be used for good and to benefit the wider population.
It also carries the nickname Mas, after the father who got our founder into technology at a young age.
FAQs
A set-up fee when you sign, which covers getting everything set up. Once your system is live, the rest of the cost is spread into a fixed monthly payment for 12 months. In this example, a website with a CRM system costs £500 to set up, then about £108 a month, totalling £1,796. After that, a smaller monthly care plan keeps everything running. We quote once we know what you need.
Those are generic templates you build and run yourself. Ours are professional grade, custom designed for your business and built into one end-to-end system. Your admin application, branded emails, adverts and posters all end up seamlessly working together. For a similar overall cost, you get far more for your money.
Spreading the cost over 12 months keeps each payment manageable, so you don't face one big bill. Your system is already built and live when the monthly payments start.
The payment plan is paid off. You move on to the care plan, a smaller monthly payment that keeps everything hosted, updated and maintained. You can leave at this point, and your domain and data go with you.
Your domain and your data are always yours. If you leave, we give you a copy of your data for free. You can have the code too, through a handover for a small one-off fee.
You tell us and we fix it. That's what the care plan is for. We don't build it and walk away.
A typical project takes one to three months, depending on its scale and complexity. We give you a timeline with your quote, before you sign anything.
No. Most of our clients aren't. We explain everything in plain English, set it all up for you and show you how to use it.
